In Valle Aurina ci sono boschi selvaggi, variegati e misteriosi, e proprio per questo intriganti. Con sentieri semplici da percorrere e solo in alcuni tratti impervi. Ma sempre curatissimi e accessibili a tutti.
Valle Aurina, primeval forest. There are wild forests, diverse and mysterious, and for this intriguing. With easy paths to follow and only in some places inaccessible. But always well kept and accessible to all.
Sentieri disseminati di panchine di legno, preziose per fare brevi soste durante le passeggiate, e casseri con i bastoni disseminati qua è là per agevolare le camminate più impegnative. Per chi cerca un’immersione nella natura, trovo che la Valle Aurina sia il luogo giusto da esplorare
Paths littered with wooden benches, precious to do short breaks during the walks, and quarter-deck with sticks scattered here and there to facilitate more challenging walks. I find that for who is looking for an immersion in the Ahrntal Valley is the right place to explore.
E poi ci sono gli animali (mucche, oche, asini) che sono lì, vicino a te, da osservare divertiti, mentre giocano tra loro oppure ti guardano incuriositi. Per chi cerca le emozioni forti c'è il rafting e il canyoning, perché la Valle Aurina è percorsa dal fiume Aurino che, a detta di chi ne è appassionato, regala emozioni forti.
And then there are the animals (cows, geese, donkeys) that are there, near to you, to be enjoyed while it playing each other or look at you intrigued. For those looking for strong emotions there is rafting and canyoning, because the Ahrntal Valley is crossed by the Aurino river, according to those who are passionate, gives strong emotions.
Per chi, invece, è incuriosito dalla buona cucina, non possono mancare le soste alle malghe, per golosi intervalli all'insegna della cucina tipica sud tirolese. I canederli non mancano e sono proposti in mille versioni, tutte buonissime. A me però, sono piaciuti soprattutto i dolci. Strudel con le mele e bigné con la crema appena fatta sono le golosità che consiglio vivamente
For those, however, are intrigued by the good food, cannot miss the belays at mountain huts, for sweet tooth intervals of South Tyrolean cuisine. The knodel are not lacking and are available in many versions, all very good. To me though, I liked especially the desserts. Strudel with apples and Cupcakes with freshly cream are the goodies that I highly recommend.
