Milan la gran Milan: the perfection in the utopia

I always compared the city of Milan in a beautiful woman afraid to show her grace. I must admit that over time this romantic thought took a force gradually increased by continuous discovery of urban wonders not exhibited. This is the case of the Chiesa di San Giorgio al Palazzo, that preserves a Renaissance masterpiece of extraordinary beauty: Episodi Della Passione di Cristo by Bernardino Luini. A short cycle described in a shallow chapel where, thanks to his masterly touches, the artist creates magical perspectives that expand the space. So the illusion artistic widens the horizon of human mind.
