I finally managed to go to Marchesi in Montenapoleone street, that was born as "bis" of the historical pastry located in a beautiful eighteenth century building in Santa Maria alla Porta street in Milan. The first Pasticceria Marchesi of the historic center of Milan is always my favorite place for breakfast, for its chocolate pralines, for the delicious cake and for the love polenta. I admit, I found the flavor of freshly baked pastries, and of chocolates that melt in your mouth also in the new headquarter. This is because Marchesi's family continues to ensure that every product on display is prepared according to tradition. I had these informations from the staff, young and friendly, which moves offhandedly in a very sophisticated and elegant place. The new local are designed by Roberto Baciocchi (wanted by the Prada Group, which last year took over 80 percent of Marchesi), which has managed to preserve in the 120 square meters of the new place, the charm of the confectionery I love most.
