Recently, in that of Bergamo, I consumed a quick bite at a local original Spanish called 100 MONTADITOS. But also Milan, recently, it has opened one in the Navigli area. What is it? Well, the number indicates the amount of gastronomic solutions offered; the noun, the uniqueness of small, fragrant, tasty sandwiches to finish in a single bite. Served in the original dark dishes divided in single sections, they are proudly displayed in a nice upholstered Salmon environment of black and white. Tables, stools and benches complete the understated decor that overlooks the beautiful kitchen. Each customer has a priced menu from which can cut its order to be presented at the checkout. In turn, by name, it is then called to receive the order. To always keep the environment clean provides a boy who provided with apron, stirring continuously between the tables, collect the dirty dishes that deposits in a large wicker basket. All of it seemed so aesthetically appealing, so as to make less trivial gastronomic choice of a frosty mug of beer to sip alongside a plate of tiny sweet and savory sandwiches matched with crisp fries.
