Rich in vitamins and minerals, in this season cherries, peaches, apricots and melons should not miss at the end of the meal. Sweet and juicy, these fruits are also colorful and are a joy to behold. I liked the presentation made by a family member  during a lunch. Instead of using the usual round fruit bowl, the fruits was proposed in oval dishes, neatly placed for blocks of color, that with the core, while the melon was fine showed with the pulp sliced in wedges located on the peel, from whom it was separated.  To make more cheerful everything, there was also the pineapple, exotic fruit can be enjoyed in all seasons. It was proposed in single triangular portion on which there were small forks. An "invention" very attractive and original that made me just want to try one immediatly.
