Even when the heat is so oppressive to me not tolerate even contact with clothes, do not neglect the care for the skin. Personally, the thought of having to absorb a cream makes me raise body temperature. For me, a good solution is represented by moisturizing spray. Li steaming on the body and face in an abundant amount in the morning and evening, after a shower of course. But I always carry a bottle to use during the day when I feel dehydrated. Even in the newsroom I always have a moisturizing spray on the desk: I use it even on makeup, that is absolutely not compromised by this light water. I have of different types, which use according to the need.
Soin Bi-Phase Ultra-Hydratant by Eisenberg, for example, is a two-phase formula that I acted before use, and steaming the face and body in the evening after a shower, because it has a rich consistency rather than leave absorb calm. Sometimes even the use on the hair when they are very dry.
Eau Thermale by Uriage, or Eau Thermale by Avene or Eau Thermale by La Roche-Posay are variants of thermal water I use in the morning before makeup. They are also my solution to the heatstroke that assail me when I turn to the sunny streets in the city: they are soothing, refreshing and give me a boost of immediately energy.
After the trick, however, to secure the make up I use Mist & Fix Make Up Forever from Sephora, a lightweight moisturizer that does not stick.
To protect the hair and revitalize the scalp, instead, I use Erilia Thermal Therapy Care H2O Aqua Spray Creattiva.
Hydramist by Bakel, finally, is my daily dose of anti-aging hydration, which I spray several times on the face, neck and décolleté during the day when I hear that the skin pulls due to the air conditioning.
